"Decent quality, but kind of inconsistent"
I don’t know why, but the quality feels different from piece to piece. Some of them are really nice and feel good, but a couple started feeling a bit cheap after washing. It’s okay overall, just not always the same.

"Bad Timing Made the Shipping Feel Slower"
I ordered a few things from fashiongo, and the shipping ended up taking longer than I was hoping. To be fair, I think I just picked a bad time to order because I needed the items sooner than usual. Everything did show up in good condition, so no complaints there, but I do wish the tracking had updated more consistently. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just not especially fast. I’d probably order again, just not when I’m on a tight schedule.

"Slow replies and way too much verification"
I did eventually get the answers I needed, but it took longer than I expected. What made it more annoying was having to go through verification again and again, even though I’d already done it. The vendor did respond, just not very quickly, and the repeated checks made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Wish I’d known canceling would be such a hassle"
I ended up needing to cancel an order soon after I placed it, i regret not double-checking everything before hitting submit. The cancelation process wasn’t obvious at all, so I reached out to support and just had to wait, only to be told the order was already moving along.
I understand orders can get processed quickly, but it really feels like there should be a clear cancel button or at least a faster response for situations like this. What should’ve been a simple fix turned into a bunch of back and forth, and while it wasn’t a total nightmare, it definitely left me frustrated.

I ordered a few pieces and they looked pretty much exactly like the photos online. The colors and fit were close to what I expected, which was nice because I’ve definitely had orders from other places show up looking totally different. No weird surprises this time

FashionGo is helpful when I already have an idea of what I’m looking for, but I’m not totally sure the search and filters work as well as they should. Sometimes the results feel a little off, and I end up tweaking filters or scrolling way more than expected. It’s definitely not unusable or anything, and I can still find vendors and products, but I feel like it could be a lot easier to narrow things down

"Had to keep chasing them"
I had an issue with an order and opening a dispute turned into a bit of a headache. The replies were really slow, and I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get things moving. I also ended up explaining the same details more than once, which got frustrating. It was sorted in the end, but the whole process took way too long.

"Got exactly what I ordered"
I ordered a few different styles from FashionGo and everything showed up just like I picked it. The sizes, colors, and quantities were all right, and nothing was missing, which was a relief because I was a little nervous about mix-ups. For the price, I really didn’t want to deal with returns or mistakes, so I’m happy it went smoothly. I’d order again if they keep it this consistent.

FashionGo has been easy for me to use. Compared to a lot of other sites I’ve tried, the search and filters actually make it simple to narrow things down quickly, especially when I’m looking for a certain style, size, or price range.
The pages load well for me, and I can check product details without having to click all over the place. Checkout and order history are straightforward too. Overall, it feels smoother than many similar platforms, and I haven’t had any major issues

"Return Was Shockingly Painless"
I had to send back a couple things that fit all wrong, and I was bracing myself for a whole return saga. But nope, the return page was easy to find, and the instructions landed in my email super fast like some kind of customer service miracle.
The refund took a few days after they got the package, which felt totally fair. No endless back-and-forth, no dramatic waiting game, no headache. I’d definitely use FashionGo again

"Good prices for my small shop"
I use fashiongo a lot for my small shop. Mostly to compare wholesale prices. It’s been really helpful. A lot of the vendors have prices that fit my budget. Especially when I’m buying a few styles at once. I do still check the shipping and minimums. Those can change depending on the seller. But overall, the prices are good. It’s easy to browse too. I’ve been happy with it so far.

"Sizing seemed to actually match"
I ordered a few things from FashionGo and, to be honest, I wasn’t totally sure they’d fit right. I always second-guess size charts when shopping online because stuff can run small so easily. But these pieces actually fit pretty much how I expected. I didn’t have to return anything, which was a relief. Overall, it was a easy order.

I’ll give them credit, the refund itself was handled quickly and without any hassle. The only thing that was a little annoying was not getting much of an update while it was being processed, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a bit. But in the end, the money came back fast and there was no drama, so overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

I use FashionGo often when I’m looking for new pieces for my shop. Since the styles are usually current, it’s easier for me to find items that match what my customers are asking for.
Not every vendor is the same, but a lot of the merchandise is cute and gets updated regularly. Because of that, buying feels a lot simpler and I don’t have to spend as much time searching around.

"Mostly reliable, with a few bumps"
I’ve been using FashionGo for a while, and overall the vendors I order from have been dependable. Most of the time, items ship when they’re supposed to, and if something is out of stock, they usually let me know quickly. It’s not flawless every time, there have been a few delays or small issues here and there, but it’s been reliable enough that I still keep coming back

"Backorders were handled okay, but I felt brushed off"
I had a few items end up on backorder, which was a little frustrating. They did email me quickly and refunded one of the items without making it a big hassle, so I’ll give them credit for that. Still, the whole thing felt a bit like they just wanted to move me along instead of really acknowledging the inconvenience. Overall, it was okay, but I did feel kind of dismissed.
